WVDOH Announces Letting of Corridor H Project
Charleston, W. Va. The West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) today announced it will receive bids until 10 a.m. February 20 for a project continuing the construction of Corridor H.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled February 5 at 1 p.m. in the WVDOH's office at Building Five, Room 122, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, W. Va., 25305-0430.
The 1.06-mile project begins 0.34 miles north of Bridge 4276 that crosses the Lost River near the Sinks and continues to 0.17 miles north of Bridge 4277 over Trout Run Cutoff Road in Hardy County.
"I am pleased that the Baker to Wardensville section of Corridor H continues to move forward. Every project that is let demonstrates our commitment to completing a safe and convenient highway for the people of eastern West Virginia," said State Highway Engineer Joe Deneault.
