Final Project for Segment of Corridor H Awarded
Charleston, W.Va. One more segment of Corridor H is on its way to completion. Last week, the West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) awarded the final project in the segment of Corridor H connecting Moorefield to Baker.
"The Clifford Hollow Bridge is the last project to be awarded on this segment of Corridor H. When it is finished, the entire section connecting Moorefield to Baker will be finished," State Highway Engineer Joe Deneault said. "We are very excited about making this step toward completing Corridor H so that we can continue to provide West Virginia with a safe and efficient transportation system."
The $17.8 million project constructing the bridge at Clifford Hollow was awarded to Dick Corporation out of Pittsburgh, PA. and should be completed in November 2002.
