On the Road Again - Corridor H Gets Green Light!
To date, 34 miles of Corridor H, from Weston to Elkins, are complete and 3.5 miles are under construction. The voluntary mediation process that included 15 plaintiffs, the Federal Highways Administration (FHWA) and the West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT) has been underway since spring 1999. In December 1999, an agreement was reached allowing completion of the remaining 96.5 miles of Corridor H. Pending approval of the mediation agreement by a federal judge, construction on Corridor H can begin.

Joint Announcement
The West Virginia Department of Transportation and Corridor H Alternatives issued a joint press release regarding the mediation settlement agreement between the parties.

Corridor H Settlement Agreement Summary
