WVDOH Hosts Public Meetings For Proposed West Virginia and Maryland Highway Connector
The West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) is hosting public information meetings to discuss alternative proposals for a highway connector between Corridor H in West Virginia and Interstate 68 in Maryland.

The workshops take place Mon., May 1 at Keyser Primary-Middle School, Tues., May 2 at Moorefield High School and Wed., May 10 at the Allegany County Office Complex on Kelly Road in Cumberland, Md.  All sessions will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Representatives from the WVDOH will be available to discuss alternative proposals.  Deputy State Highway Engineer Jim Sothen, said, “We are here to answer questions area residents have regarding these proposals, and we welcome comments on each of the five proposed corridor alternatives."
